Fjällbjörk represents living in harmony with nature, our bodies, and our spirits. Where we believe that technology should serve nature, humans and beauty. Not vice versa. A place where living in harmony means abundance and prosperity. Where we work to keep foods natural form and not overprocess it. We believe that’s what makes the most delicious food anyways.
We ask ourselves: how about not adding this or not doing that? How can we keep our foods as untouched and simple as possible for people to truly enjoy in both taste and vitality?
Cacao
In our research we discovered that the cacao bean is very potent, powerful, and a proper superfood. So why do we process it so heavily, mix it with toxins and destroy it’s potential? Why don’t we see it as a healthy staple in our homes? We believe it can be and that it should be.
We roast and grind cacao beans in our cacao factory to make our cacao. The goal is to bring us closer to the cacao bean and the people who make it. To taste its rich flavours and restorative power. We've been told the cacao bean has one monotonous taste, is unhealthy and whose only function is to satisfy our pleasure. That is not true. The cacao bean is diverse, rich, vital and potent. No one cacao bean is the same and ought to be respected for what it is. If we acknowledge its true value, it has the potential to heal our world.
